As your host for NASLEF's Second Annual Asset Management Conference, the St. Louis Equity Fund has negotiated a reduced room rate at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at Union Station.

You must make reservations by March 26, 2000 and mention that you are attending the NASLEF Conference in order to receive the special rate of $145 per night for single occupancy and $175 per night for double occupancy. Rates are net, noncommisionable and subject to all applicable state and local taxes.
