 About
NASLEF
Description
Membership
Membership is open to all individuals, public and private corporations
and professional associations having an interest in the tax credit
program or an active involvement with a state or local equity fund.
There are two levels of membership in the association. These different
levels target distinct audiences including state and local equity
funds, regional or national equity funds, individuals with a professional
interest in the LIHTC and corporations and state finance agencies
involved in the affordable housing industry.
All memberships include reduced registration fees and accommodation
rates at NASLEF's Annual Conference,
a listing in the NASLEF Membership Directory and a listing on NASLEF's
website including a link to the member organization's homepage.
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP is available to any organization whose principal
employment is that of a state or local equity fund that is not solely
controlled by or managed by a national or regional fund. Benefits
include access to a Finance Directors meeting, an Executive Directors annual
meeting, association voting privileges, and eligibility for service
as director or officer on NASLEF's Board.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP is available to any national
or regional equity fund or consultant actively engaged in the management
or co-management of a state or local equity fund, any government
agency, corporation, syndicator, professional association, broker,
consultant, attorney, accountant, or other individual having a professional
interest with the LIHTC program. Benefits include reduced registration
fees for the annual conference, a free 1/4-page ad in NASLEF Program
Book, and free exhibit space at NASLEF Conference.
